Information for guests booking a Croatia Cruise programme.
1. Booking enquiries and payment confirmation
Submitting an enquiry on our website does not constitute an immediate booking or payment. We first confirm availability and send you a written booking confirmation with the applicable price, payment instructions and due dates.
2. Payment by bank transfer
Guests may pay by bank transfer using the bank details stated in their booking confirmation or invoice. Please include the booking reference provided to you. Any transfer or intermediary-bank fees charged by your bank are borne by the payer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment schedule
For our standard cruise booking terms, a 30% non-refundable deposit is payable within five days of written booking confirmation. The remaining balance is payable no later than 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the payment schedule will be specified in the written confirmation. Any programme-specific conditions or mandatory consumer rights take precedence where applicable.
4. Card payments, where expressly offered
Card payment is available only if our team explicitly provides an approved secure card-payment option for your booking. Do not send card numbers, card security codes or passwords by email, WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. We do not claim that this website itself charges cards or has an active online checkout.
5. Currency and exchange rates
Our cruise prices and invoices are issued in euro (EUR). If your bank account or card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rates and additional charges. Croatia Cruise does not control those conversion rates or fees.
