Important information for guests booking a Croatia Cruise programme.
01 Our recommendation
J.E.M. Trade d.o.o. (Croatia Cruise Agency) strongly recommends that all guests obtain suitable travel insurance before departure. Depending on individual needs, cover may include trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency assistance, and loss, theft or damage of baggage and personal belongings.
02 Checking your policy
Travel insurance is not automatically included in the cruise price unless the specific programme or written booking confirmation expressly states otherwise. Guests should check policy limits, exclusions, deductibles, pre-existing-condition provisions and the applicable dates of coverage with their chosen insurer. Any insurance claim is subject to the terms of the selected policy.
03 Personal belongings and liability
Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secure and exercise reasonable care of their belongings. Responsibility for loss of, theft of or damage to baggage and other personal property is determined by the circumstances, the applicable booking terms and mandatory law. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
